China has removed the minimum capital requirements for registering a new company, among other reforms aimed at lowering the threshold for business startups and stimulating the private economy.

在新近推行的改革措施中，中國取消了注冊新公司的最低資本要求，目的是降低創(chuàng)業(yè)門檻，促進私有經濟的發(fā)展。

上文中的business startups就是“創(chuàng)業(yè)”。原來成立limited liability company（有限責任公司）、individual company（個體企業(yè)）和incorporated company（股份有限公司）分別需要3萬元、10萬元和500萬元的minimum registered capital（最低注冊資本），現在這些要求都將被取消。

此外，這次改革還取消了對the proportion and duration of the paid-in capital（首次出資比例和繳足出資的期限）的限制。改革的目的是建立一個高效透明的modern company registration system（現代公司登記制度），支持innovative enterprises（創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)）和micro-sized enterprise（微型企業(yè)）的發(fā)展。
